We are here to help you succeed in your chosen career! A big question is how are you going to pay for your education? There are many different funding options available. Listed below are some.

- Payment Plan
- • Setting up a payment plan is an effective and interest free way to pay for your education.
- • A flexible payment plan can be arranged to suit your needs. Payments can be made by personal Cheque, postdated cheques, Credit Card, certified cheques, or by cash.
- Banks
- • Trillium College has developed partnerships with several banks that enable eligible students to borrow money for their education. Each bank has its own set of criteria, and we can help you make the contacts.
- HRDC and Other Publically Funded Agencies
- • HRDC or other agency funding allows for eligible student fees to be paid for by the sponsoring agency. Students may receive other allowances for items such as child care, transportation, books, tutors and/or other costs as well.
- • Some sponsors of this funding includes HRDC, Native Bands, Workplace Compensation, Skill Development Agencies and others.
- • Our Registrars or Financial Aid Officers can review your situation and help you contact the appropriate person if needed.
- Government Student Loans
- The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) offers loans to qualified students. The loans are interest free while the student is in school. You can visit OSAP, or get more information from any of our registrars or Financial Aid officers.
- Lifelong Learning Plan
- • The Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) allows you to withdraw money from your RRSP, for you, your spouse or common law partner, as long as you pay it back within 10 years

- Scholarships
- • Scholarships and other Bursaries are sometimes offered by different sources. Ask your registrar to see if you might be eligible for any of these awards and get the details of the application process.
- Second Career
- • Second Career is an Ontario government program that offers training for a new job, including financial support.
- • Second Career provides career planning and financial support specially designed to help laid-off Ontarians participate in long-term training for a new job. Most of Trillium College programs are eligible for this funding. For more details call or visit Second Career
